These Affiliate Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Internet Income System ("IIS") affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these terms, as well as any applicable policies outlined by IIS. IIS reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with continued participation constituting acceptance of changes.
The IIS affiliate program is open to individuals 18 years or older in supported countries (200+ worldwide). Affiliates must agree to this Agreement by checking the required box during sign-up. IIS reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
FREE Affiliates: Earn 20% commissions on IIS core products.
PRO Affiliates: Earn 30%-50% commissions, check matching commissions, organization overrides, and marketplace commissions.
Minimum Payout Threshold: $100 in earned commissions.
Payout Methods: Default is E-wallet (supports 200 countries, 145 currencies). Additional options: PayPal & Stripe.
Payout Processing: Commissions become qualified after 7 days (refund period). Once an affiliate’s balance exceeds $100, payouts are processed within 2 business days.
The Internet Income System (IIS) ensures accurate tracking of referrals through its proprietary tracking technology. Understanding how referrals are tracked and attributed is crucial for affiliates to maximize their earnings and maintain confidence in the system.
Unique Tracking Links: Each affiliate is assigned unique tracking links embedded with their affiliate username. These links track clicks, sign-ups, and conversions to ensure the referring affiliate receives credit for all qualified transactions.
Permanent Hard-Coding: Once a user registers (whether free or paid), they are permanently assigned to the referring affiliate in the IIS system. This ensures that the affiliate continues to receive commissions from future purchases made by the referred user.
Tracking Methodologies: IIS manages and determines tracking methodologies, including attribution models, commission eligibility, and tracking durations to ensure fairness and prevent misattributions.
Affiliate Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for using their correct tracking links when promoting IIS. IIS is not liable for lost or misattributed commissions due to the use of incorrect or outdated links.
Tracking Overrides: IIS reserves the right to adjust or modify tracking rules to maintain program integrity and prevent fraudulent or unethical practices.
Affiliates must adhere to strict ethical marketing guidelines to ensure compliance with IIS policies and applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination from the affiliate program. Prohibited practices include:

Outstanding Balance Collection: If future earnings are insufficient to cover the reversal, IIS reserves the right to withhold commissions until the balance is settled.
